These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, healthcare professionals, procurement officers, and other users of our platform. MedTech Special Device reserves the right to update these Terms at any time with immediate effect upon publication.

MedTech Special Device is a SAHPRA-registered medical device distributor and operates in compliance with all applicable South African healthcare legislation, including the Medicines and Related Substances Act, 101 of 1965.

5. Quote Requests & Procurement

Submission of a quote request form does not constitute a binding order or contract. A binding contract is only formed upon MedTech Special Device's written acceptance of a formal purchase order. All supply agreements are subject to:

• MedTech Special Device's standard terms of sale, which will be provided with any formal quotation.
• Applicable South African public procurement regulations where relevant (PFMA, MFMA, PPPFA).
• Import and customs regulations applicable to international deliveries.
• SAHPRA registration and compliance requirements for the relevant medical devices.

6. Client Portal

Access to the MedTech Special Device Client Portal is provided to registered clients only. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. You agree to notify MedTech Special Device immediately at support@medtechspecialdevice.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

MedTech Special Device reserves the right to suspend or terminate portal access at its discretion, including in cases of breach of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, product images, technical documents, and software, is the intellectual property of MedTech Special Device (Pty) Ltd or its licensors and is protected by South African and international copyright law.
